We provide a premium co-living experience that includes everything you need! Here is what you can expect:

- Essential shared items such as toilet paper, dish liquid, bin liners, laundry detergent ect
- Common areas cleaned once a week
When leasing with us, we require an upfront payment of 4 weeks' worth of bond money which is lodged with Bond administration, and 2 weeks rent in advanced.

Please note that you can put in an application at any time, even if you have not viewed a room. It does not lock you into any particular home and is very flexible.
The application can also be used to apply for any room in our selection. So you only need to apply once and you can be considered for any room. This will not only increase your chances of finding accommodation, but get you in faster!
Yes! You can still apply for our rooms if you do not have rental references, but we may ask for someone to be a guarantor for your lease if you are approved.
We take your comfort and safety very seriously and take every measure to ensure the people you are living in our homes are safe and vetted.
We use the following measures:
1. Our highly trained staff meet with each person looking to rent a room.
2. Application forms are fully vetted by our customer relationship manager.
3. We utilize the TICA National Tenancy Database to ensure that no issues has occurred with a previous Property Agency or landlord
4. We start everyone on an initial 3-month lease. This allows you to get settled down in the home and see if its suitable.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any apartments or whole properties.
Yes! For eligible rooms/homes we can offer couple occupancies for an additional fee to cover expenses
